Pacing Guides: Coming Soon
We've heard you loud and clear! You've requested pacing guides for next year and we plan to deliver. Soon you will receive an email requesting feedback on the DRAFT pacing guides (K-5). This will be your chance to weigh in on the documents. After the feedback period is over, all comments will be reviewed and necessary modifications will be made. Final copies of the pacing guides will be available prior to summer break, so you will have plenty of time to look them over before next year!
Number Talks & Fluency
Number Talks are a short (5-15 minute) routine that can help develop and strengthen students' number sense, fact fluency, and confidence in mathematics. The talks fit perfectly with the Eureka curriculum and support the multi-strategy approach to computation.
Fluency is about more than quickly getting correct answers. A student is fluent when they have developed efficient, flexible strategies that produce accurate answers. This means they can solve quickly and in more than one way.
